Description
Our newly renovated, unique, loft apartment, is nestled just on the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of downtown organtown, but at the same time, within minutes of everywhere you want to be. We used a thoughtful approach to design our space to be an open and bright space, yet, comforting at the same time. This is not your typical apartment. We love the unique style and layout of our non-traditional space. Out loft, “The Mountaineer Suite”, sits on 2 floors, has air conditioning, features a full kitchen/dining area, full private bathroom with a beautiful custom shower, featuring a multi-function shower spray along with heated floors for those cold, winter months. Follow the stairs to the loft area where you’ll find a spacious, open floor plan which features a workspace with adjustable desk, a living room with large, comfortable sectional, (which adds additional sleeping space), Smart TV and 2 beds, one full/queen size and one double. We provide extra pillows and blankets ensure the most cozy and comfortable stay.
Things to Note:
There is not a garbage disposal, so please don’t put any food or grease or anything other than liquids down the drain. The stairs leading to the Loft area are a bit narrow and steep.
Location:
Hidden away, but close to everything. Just 2 minutes from downtown Morgantown where there are lots of great local restaurants, bars and shops. 5 minutes from The Coliseum, where you can watch WVU basketball games and WVU Stadium where you can go root on the pride of Morgantown, The WVU Mountaineers! Table 9 (amazing brunch), Tin 202 (a cool tapas style restaurant with the most unique craft cocktails around and the best salmon in Morgantown), Mountain State Brewery (great wood-fired pizzas and the best hummus and margaritas around) and Zeke’s for a casual breakfast are all a MUST!

-NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras by the front door all facing out. They do NOT look into any interior spaces.
-NOTE: The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited Mobility.
-This property sleeps 3 in one full/queen bed and one single bed. Additional space can be found if the sectional is used for sleeping. This property also has semi steep stairs to access the loft, so it may not be suited for guests with limited mobility.
HOUSE RULES:
CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 3:00 pm or after. If early check-in is required, please confirm with host prior to booking using the Airbnb app messenger. If early check-in is possible, Guest agrees to pay a $25 early check-in fee for each extended hour of stay.
CHECK-OUT: Check out time is 10:00 am. In order for the cleaner to have time to properly prepare for the next guest, we ask that guests have checked out by this time. Guests are to leave keys as required in the House Manual. Check-out is defined as all guests and personal property being completely off of the property with keys in the required location. Guest agrees to pay a $75 fine if not checked out by the specified check out time. If late check-out is required, please confirm with host prior to booking using the Airbnb app messenger. If late check-out is approved by host, the Guest agrees to pay a $25 late check-out fee for each extended hour of stay.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS: Only the specific number of guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises, unless approved in writing by host/manager. If Guest exceeds the occupancy noted in the reservation, all guests and/or visitors to the Property will be immediately evicted without refund for unused days remaining. Guest also agrees to pay a charge of $100 per person/ per day for every visitor not identified by Guest in the reservation.
AGE: You must be 21 years of age or older at time of booking in order to reserve this Property. Guest confirms that he/she is older than 21.
SMOKING FEE: Guest agrees to pay a $1,000.00/ per day Smoke Damage Cleaning Fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered by host/manager or cleaning crew after guest checks out. This fee will cover costs to remove odors from the home, and lost revenue during cleaning.
PETS: There are to be no pets on the Property – except with prior written authorization of host. Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will be charged a $300 Pet Fee and will be immediately evicted from the Property without refund for remaining days on reservation..
REPORTING DAMAGE: Guest agrees to keep the Property in same condition throughout their stay. Any damage to furnishings, fixtures, or furniture or other notable conditions found upon arrival will be reported to the Host/Manager within one (1) hour of Occupancy.
DAMAGE: Guest agrees to pay any damage made by guests or their visitors to the Property and Property furnishings, fixtures, or furniture. Guest agrees to pay for any damage made by guests or visitors that exceeds the deposit amount.
ENTERING PREMISES: Host, or Host's Agent may enter the Property at any time, with no prior notice, in the event of an emergency, in order to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance; and with 24 hours’ notice, for normal maintenance.
ITEMS LEFT BEHIND: Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. If you leave an item after checking out and wish to have it returned, message Host/ Manager as soon as possible and we will arrange for shipment. We will inform you of the shipping cost and with your approval, charge the credit card on file to cover the expense.
LIABILITY: Host shall not be liable to Guest, its guests or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guest shall hold Host harmless and indemnify Host from and against all loss, injury or damage occasioned by the use or misuse or abuse of any part of the Property and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of Guests, or invitees.
LOSS OF USE: Guest agrees to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules.
KEY REPLACEMENT: Costs to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. And $45.00 to replace lost or damaged garage door opener.
FOOD: We ask guests to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. No eating of food in either bedroom.
COMPLAINTS FROM NEIGHBORS: We want all of our guests are to be respectful of neighbors and shall keep noise to a minimum while in back or front yards. Quiet time is 11pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from Property. No refund will be given for the unused portion of the guests stay.
USAGE OF UTILITIES: The Total Occupancy Rate assumes and includes a reasonable usage of utilities. Your Kilowatt consumption allowance is 155 KWH a day. Anything over this amount will be billed to the guests at $0.17 cents per KWH.
KITCHEN ITEMS: All items in kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest.
LINENS: Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Housekeeping will wash all laundry. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest.
MOVING FURNITURE: Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. Dragging chairs/tables on hardwood floors will leave scratches on hardwood.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES: At sole discretion of host, an additional cleaning fee of $90 can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
