Country Roads may lead you here, but you can still get a taste of sleek, city style in this modern apartment. This 2-bedroom, 1 full-bathroom space has wood flooring, central A/C and heat throughout and features modern styling in fresh white and grey interior, Full kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops. Bedrooms are spacious with queen-sized beds, large closets, ceiling fans and smart TV’s in each.
For our business travelers, or just those who like a space to check emails or shop online, we include a modern, adjustable desk to ensure a comfortable and productive workspace. Large, modern sectional sofa and smart TV in the living room create a comfortable place to kick back after a day at the game or checking out all the local flair in the area. No matter what brings you to Morgantown, this space will welcome you home at the end of the day.
The property also includes access to a newly added, private gym, and, for your peace of mind, 24-hour security surveillance of the property. There is also walking distance access to the Rail Trail which is a great place to hike, bike or just see the beauty West Virginia has to offer. Also, if you decide to venture onto the trail, don’t miss Terra Café right on the trail, for great coffee, smoothies, and healthy, but delicious breakfast and lunch fare. (My go-to is the Roasted Vegetable salad with lemon vinaigrette…AMAZING!) They also do a great brunch on Sundays!
The property is quiet and situated away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Morgantown, but also close enough that you can be there in 5 minutes, depending on traffic. Easy, quick access to everywhere and anywhere you want to be in Morgantown.
Things to Note:
There is no garbage disposal in the sink, please be aware of this.
There are 2 flights of stairs leading to the apartment.
Location:
Hidden away but close to everything. The Coliseum, WVU Stadium, both major Hospitals, Suncrest Town Center, University Town Center and downtown Morgantown are all within about 5-10 minutes. LOTS of local restaurants, bars and coffee shops right up the road!
Don’t Miss:
The Wine Bar at Vintner Valley is right up the street and it’s A MUST! Great wine selection, amazing food! Hands down, the BEST charcuterie board in town! If you want to hang out in a local favorite, Mario’s Fishbowl won’t disappoint! Their Cowboy Ranch wings are a local fave, my personal favorites include Blue Cheese Chips (to die for) and a chicken cheddar cheesesteak on a wheat wrap accompanied by a Kona Big Wave Fishbowl, of course! For breakfast, don’t miss Rising Creek 2 Tutto Gelato, Tudor’s Biscuit World (for a quick bite), and for the best cup of coffee in Morgantown, head to Mountaineer Roasting Company,
(their avocado toast and breakfast sandwiches are also to die for)! If you’re in town for a special occasion or looking for fine dining, head to Stefano’s or Bartini. Whatever you are in the mood for, these spots have you covered!

HOUSE RULES:
CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 3:00 pm or after. If early check-in is required, please confirm with host prior to booking using the Airbnb app messenger. If early check-in is possible, Guest agrees to pay a $25 early check-in fee for each extended hour of stay.
CHECK-OUT: Check out time is 10:00 am. In order for the cleaner to have time to properly prepare for the next guest, we ask that guests have checked out by this time. Guests are to leave keys as
required in the House Manual. Check-out is defined as all guests and personal property being completely off of the property with keys in the required location. Guest agrees to pay a $75 fine if not checked out by the specified check out time. If late check-out is required, please confirm with host prior to booking using the Airbnb app messenger. If late check-out is approved by host, the Guest agrees to pay a $25 late check-out fee for each extended hour of stay.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS: Only the specific number of guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises, unless approved in writing by host/manager. If Guest exceeds the occupancy noted in the reservation, all guests and/or visitors to the Property will be immediately evicted without refund for unused days remaining. Guest also agrees to pay a charge of $100 per person/ per day for every visitor not identified by Guest in the reservation.
AGE: You must be 21 years of age or older at time of booking in order to reserve this Property. Guest confirms that he/she is older than 21.
SMOKING FEE: Guest agrees to pay a $1,000.00/ per day Smoke Damage Cleaning Fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered by host/manager or cleaning crew after guest checks out. This fee will cover costs to remove odors from the home, and lost revenue during cleaning.
PETS: There are to be no pets on the Property – except with prior written authorization of host. Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will be charged a $300 Pet Fee and will be immediately evicted from the Property without refund for remaining days on reservation..
REPORTING DAMAGE: Guest agrees to keep the Property in same condition throughout their stay. Any damage to furnishings, fixtures, or furniture or other notable conditions found upon arrival will be reported to the Host/Manager within one (1) hour of Occupancy.
DAMAGE: Guest agrees to pay any damage made by guests or their visitors to the Property and Property furnishings, fixtures, or furniture. Guest agrees to pay for any damage made by guests or visitors that exceeds the deposit amount.
ENTERING PREMISES: Host, or Host’s Agent may enter the Property at any time, with no prior notice, in the event of an emergency, in order to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance; and with 24 hours’ notice, for normal maintenance.
ITEMS LEFT BEHIND: Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost
or stolen. If you leave an item after checking out and wish to have it returned, message Host/ Manager as soon as possible and we will arrange for shipment. We will inform you of the shipping cost and with your approval, charge the credit card on file to cover the expense.
LIABILITY: Host shall not be liable to Guest, its guests or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guest shall hold Host harmless and indemnify Host from and against all loss, injury or damage occasioned by the use or misuse or abuse of any part of the Property and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of Guests, or invitees.
LOSS OF USE: Guest agrees to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules.
KEY REPLACEMENT: Costs to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. And $45.00 to replace lost or damaged garage door opener.
FOOD: We ask guests to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. No eating of food in either bedroom.
COMPLAINTS FROM NEIGHBORS: We want all of our guests are to be respectful of neighbors and shall keep noise to a minimum while in back or front yards. Quiet time is 11pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from Property. No refund will be given for the unused portion of the guests stay.
USAGE OF UTILITIES: The Total Occupancy Rate assumes and includes a reasonable usage of utilities. Your Kilowatt consumption allowance is 155 KWH a day. Anything over this amount will be billed to the guests at $0.17 cents per KWH.
KITCHEN ITEMS: All items in kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest.
LINENS: Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Housekeeping will wash all laundry. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest.
MOVING FURNITURE: Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. Dragging chairs/tables on hardwood floors will leave scratches on hardwood.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES: At sole discretion of host, an additional cleaning fee of $90 can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
